Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a critical leadership role in your child’s journey, ensuring every aspect of their care is high-quality and effective. You’re not on your own; our BCBAs are here to guide your family through each step of the process.
The BCBA’s responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Your child’s program begins with a BCBA-led evaluation to gain deep insight into their specific strengths and needs.
- Individualized Treatment Planning: Based on the initial assessment, the BCBA creates a personalized, data-driven treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique goals and your family’s daily life.
- Clinical Supervision: The BCBA provides professional oversight for the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who deliver the 1:1 therapy. In Virginia, we ensure the BCBA meets or exceeds supervision requirements—typically at least 5% of monthly service hours—to maintain evidence-based standards.
- Parent Training: We count on our parents, so our BCBAs provide dedicated training to help you use strategies and activities that support your child’s progress at home.
- Progress Monitoring: By constantly reviewing data, the BCBA adapts the treatment plan as your child grows to ensure they continue to reach new milestones.
Results may vary based on individual patient circumstances. Please consult with a healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment advice. By using this Site you indicate your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
